The mission of the WDRC is to provide and promote constructive and collaborative approaches to conflict. This workshop will cover tips for “antecedent management,” i.e. making plans and anticipating needs/responses; as well as strategies for de-escalating issues, including active listening and reframing techniques. A portion of the proceeds from this workshop will go towards supporting the WDRC.
