Bike & Sketch Workshop
Saturday, September 21st from 1-3pm at MakeShift Art Space (306 Flora St.) $15, NOTAFLOF. Facilitated by local artist Libby Chenault.
Bike and Sketch to the Little Free Art Gallery. Participants will build their confidence riding to an unconventional art gallery and making small art out in the world. Quick bike checks and overview of confident city cycling practices in classroom. Bike to Elizabeth Park to sketch. Ride to Little Free Art Gallery on Eldridge.
Leave a piece, take a piece…Ride back to Make.shift. Must have bike in working order and be able to ride 4 miles at an easy pace (with stops for art.) If participants need to borrow bike or have Learn to Ride session, both are available through Smart Trips. Any art skill level is welcome.
All ages and experience levels are welcome!
No one is turned away for lack of funds. Additionally, sliding scale pricing is available. Please contact us for this option.
